Our Heavenly Father is a Creator who loves and who loves to give.
James 1:17-18  reads  "But whatever is good and perfect comes to us
from God...and by His own will He gave us our new lives through the
truth of His Word..." Because of the Lord's gift of love toward you,
He said to humble yourself  under His mighty hand...why?  That He may
exalt you (elevate, lift up) in  due time.  God desires for you to
cast your cares, your worries, and the whole weight of your burden on
Him.  Why?  Because He wants to bear all the weight of the burden FOR
you and sustain you.  There's nothing too hard or too heavy for Him to
handle.  Because of His faithfulness to do what He has promised, He
will strengthen and support you physically and mentally, He will
provide for you, and confirm for you what is  just or valid.  He will
give you rest.  That's just His nature!  In Him
